Thanks for that idea! I forgot about pinterest. I obviously don't get online much!

I am confused. Are there 2 THM facebook pages? When I go here www.facebook.com/TrimHealthyMama and look at the recipe pictures, there are links to the recipes, but it says I have to log in when I click on those recipe links. I don't have a facebook account, as my husband (who is an expert in computer security) has strongly encouraged me against getting one. Is there anyway to see those recipes besides being a facebook member? I really would like to try them. We like the book's recipes, but we'd also like some more variety. Thanks!

My doctor says vitamin D should be between 50-100, so you might check on supplementing that if you aren't already.

Um, until it got so cold here, I was drinking several a day! Now I am branching out into some of the warmer snacks/desserts. Cake in a mug is my new best friend. I do often add heavy cream to my frappas though, especially when I have it for breakfast, but I am at goal so I don't know about doing that if you are losing. I do the same with the big boy smoothie. The frappa tastes just like a Wendy's frosty with the cream in it. Not sure how much I add, I just pour it in until it looks right.

When you make the donuts, how many donuts does the muffin in a bowl recipe make? Do you have to double the recipe to fill the maker? Thanks!
