First of all, a big thank-you to Meghanefort who mentioned this site in a thread where we were talking about Mummy Tummies. The site, fit2b.us is absolutely fantastic. The owner is a Christian and posts new exercises each month. I've been trying it for a few weeks and we all love it. She says she has 'wholesome exercises for the whole family'. Our kids have a great time doing the videos. If you do her diastasis survey, you can get a coupon code to try a free month: fit2b.us/how-to-check-for-diastasis-hd/ AND, her membership includes a free phone consultation! I had mine last week and it was super-helpful. I am so excited because it is just so doable for me. I am very good at weaseling my way out of exercising, but she leaves me no excuses. She has some workouts that are only 6-7 minutes long and loads that are longer and go from beginner to advanced. Love them! I am quite happy that after only a few weeks, my diastasis has reduced from 2.5 fingers to 1.5 and my tummy is starting to flatten.

I'm so glad that you loved her site! My gap has gone from a 2.5 to a 1.5 at my navel too in the 3 weeks that I've been doing the excersises!

I was on there, and it looks wonderful and so worth joining. I took the test, but forgot the password. I thought I would "remember" when I came back to it, but I typed in fit2bhealthy and it came up not right? Anybody help me out here?

When I talked to Bethany, she said that you just need to have a good handle on the first 4 workouts and then you can move into the rest of the list. At that point, you don't need to move through them in order, but they are ordered by difficulty level. I have moved onto other exercises down further on the list since I wanted more of a total body workout. I particularly like Kelly's Total Body Toning, as she offers TONS of prompts for pulling in the transverse.

Once healing, will I need to continue with the exercises? Or will the diastasis relapse?

I love Fit2B! I healed my diastasis in 8 weeks with her exercises and splinting! And I continue to do her workouts. I love the variety. darling- I am thinking the only way the diastasis will re-open is if you started doing crunches or other Tummy Un-safe exercises. But who wants to go back to crunches anyway! So glad to be done with crunches You could ask on her FB forum or the Comments bar on Fit2B.
