Wow, just had such a yummy dinner. We had an early dinner of the meatballs, with a huge salad, and a nice glass of red wine. For a snack during the game I have manchego cheese with "just like wheat thin" crackers and skinny chocolate! If I hadn't lost so much weight in the last 6 weeks, I would think this is a big joke!!! Thank you Pearl and Serene!!

I agree with thinking this could be a gimmick or a joke- but we are all seeing that it truly does work! Glad we took their word for it!

I echo your sentiments Molly and Angie!!! I ate cheesecake for an early breakfast this morning and didn't feel a bit guilty......crazy!!! And, we just had a rich, luxurious S meal for Christmas and normally I'd be fretting over having eaten that kind of food, but that was all before I knew about food collisions. Instead I just enjoyed the special food today, knowing we were loving our bodies, inside and out. Oh Pearl and Serene, how can we ever thank you?!?!?!?!

It's amazing, isn't it! Butter up a yummy muffin or frying foods or eating a healthy pancake?! Would've never dreamed it was possible. So thankful for this wonderful information!!!
