I think it's easier to find older posts on here. Which is good when you think 'what was that recipe someone posted on'. Like someone mentioned above you will always miss something I just trust what God means for me to see, he will let me see But after saying that I do enjoy the THM New Zealand facebook, because it's a quick way of finding out where to get certain ingredients. I am stoked to have this forum, it is nice to be able to write longer posts if you want

I've used the FB page but I've found a lot of the people using the group don't seem to have read the book. They ask a lot of questions that you would know if you read the book. So I am switching to forum only.

I started out on the forum but got onto the fb groups also b/c of all the doc & extra stuff but it is so busy, so many repeat questions, that it was too noisy for me. I did decide to exit those groups. But the level of support from the women here & there is phenomenal! I just appreciate the slower pace & more in-depth support available in this style over the fast-paced, short-snippet support on fb.

I do not FB, so I only use the forum. I really like it here though, because of the ease of finding what I am looking for. It seems more personal and friendly than FB would be. As others have mentioned, I also like that I can ask in depth questions. However, lately it seems that there is a lot less activity on here and it does take a while to get answers, if at all. I still find it a great resource and participate here several days a week. I like it a lot and will stick around. I also enjoy sharing with others the things I have learned.

I must add that I like the search feature on the Facebook page. But I agree there's definitely a lot of people on the fb page that have never read the book and there's a lot of conversation, too. I just scroll through really quickly for topics that are relevant to me.
