I'm just starting out with kettlebells and was wondering out of all the good DVD'srecommended in the book which one would be the best one to start out with and purchase first? Anyone got any recommendations? Also what is a good size kettlebell to start with? Thanks

I'm wondering the same thing...or if anyone has other kettle bell dvds they recommend. I was discouraged to see the Maureen Martone AND Kettlebell Goddess dvds were each around $30....a little more than I was planning on spending! But I LOVE dvd workouts.
Suggestions?
THANKS! Kelly

If you were buying one of the recommended Maureen Martone dads...which would it be? The Interval Training or 6 Minute Routine for Women? I can only get one. THANKS!

I've decided I'm just going to do this workout. May pause it and make it my own "interval training" with periods of rest. youtu.be/6pDMOIlPLFEHope this helps! Kelly
