Here's a place where you can share links and sources for the best places you have found to buy special ingredients - gluccomanan, whey protein, stevia, etc. Are you from somewhere other than the US? Start up a new thread to make a "bargain corner" specifically for your location!

We have a Costco in walking distance from our house so we shop there a lot.
We buy our Almond Milk there - 3 cartons for $7.69. I also buy the bulk of our meat at Costco- we really like the frozen chicken tenderloins, frozen tilapia loins and frozen sirloin burgers.
I would love to hear what other program ingredients can be purchased at Costco.

Costco has a 54oz. container of organic extra virgin coconut oil for about $15! I've also found a 5lb. bag of golden flax meal for around $6 or $7.

Anyone have a list of things to buy at Netrition.com? I'm hoping to put in an order soon and don't want to miss something that would be a good deal there.

Wilderness family Naturals has a sAle until the end of the month. $20 off of a $75 purchase. This is where I buy my coconut oil. It's probably the best around. I would be ordering but I just visited them in northern Minnesota this summer and stocked up.

I wanted to mention Grocery Outlet if you have one near you right now has flax milk in my area. I think they are a Northwest chain. They also have almond milk and coconut as well.
I also have like azurestandard.com for many years, they have several things on the plan.

Where is the best place or website to buy rye? Whole Foods is expensive! Serene had said in a video about how to make sourdough bread rye was a cheap grain to buy in bulk....I was wondering where she buys it.

I've found that the Swanson Premium Whey Protein Powder is the best price. I order it from www.swasonvitamins.com. It's much cheaper than any other good protein powder I've seen in a store. I buy my coconut milk at Whole Foods.
