Honeyville grain has 15% off right now and cheap shipping. I buy bulk from them ( beans, rice, flours for kids) and they have great prices on almond flour and oat bran.

I'm looking at buying the 1/2 lb. bag of glucomannon from the herb store on ebay mentioned here. How much should I be expecting to use? How quickly might I go through 1/2 lb?

What is the average price of the canned unsweetened coconut milk you buy? Also, what brand do you prefer?

Costco has a 54oz. container of organic extra virgin coconut oil for about $15! I've also found a 5lb. bag of golden flax meal for around $6 or $7. Costco in Spokane has 73oz organic extra virgin coconut oil for about $22. I live in Canada but right on the border so I also go to Costco in Kelowna and can get 6 tetra paks of blue diamond unsweetened almond milk for under $10 there.

Luckyvitamin has the noodles pretty cheap I noticed but still not as good as an Asian store. Unfortunately they are out of stock at the moment Amazon also sells them for a bit more but they don't qualify for free shipping.

www.iherb.comThey sell Now glucamannon powder, and have the bulk deal for NuNaturals pure white stevia extract. I'm not posting this for any personal gain (though it's part of their reward program), but I would have liked to have had such a code when I made my first orders :-) I'd like other Mama's to save some money, at least for one order anyway :-)

I just placed an order at Nutiva.com for a gallon of their extra virgin coconut oil for $59.99. Free shipping and when you LIKE them on Facebook, you get an additional $10 off your order. Brought my total to $49.99 shipped for a gallon of coconut oil!

Try Groupon for konjac noodles. I haven't ordered any (and don't know how Groupon works), but a friend sent me a link that had the cheapest price I've seen. If you are a "groupon-er", or want to become one, check it out!

If you are a "groupon-er", or want to become one, check it out! I ordered konjac noodles from groupon a month or so ago. It was easy, just ordered and they shipped right to me. Only downside is mine expire in May and I don't eat them all that often so i worry about using them up. So I've been eating a lot of noodles

We have a Costco in walking distance from our house so we shop there a lot. We buy our Almond Milk there - 3 cartons for $7.69. I also buy the bulk of our meat at Costco- we really like the frozen chicken tenderloins, frozen tilapia loins and frozen sirloin burgers. I would love to hear what other program ingredients can be purchased at Costco. Our Costco here in MN does not have the unsweetened almond milk, just the original. Bummer! But I do get coconut oil, chia seeds and flax there. They do not seem to have quinoa right now, though they have in the past.
