I am wondering if you can juice ginger and use that instead of the powder? I love the health benefits of ginger and I have been using it in my juice concoctions forever. Juice would be just fine

I drink a quart of this every day! It's so yummy. I squeeze the juice from about an inch of grated gresh ginger and the juice of a lemon or lime. I am craving it every day!!

I made a version of this that I drink for immune - in other circles it's called Super Tonic. During harvest time you take equal amounts of chopped or grated: Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Horseradish, & Cayenne place in jar and cover well with raw apple cider vinegar. I like to take a TBS and put in glass of water FIRST thing in the morning - first thing I drink. You might enjoy the extra zip it has from horseradish and cayenne. One of my friends just takes a straight spoonful and so does her 8 year old son. Enjoy!

My mum, and all my brothers and sisters love it! I used grated ginger because I had no powder and it worked really well (I guess you can strain it if you're not keen on the bits). You still get that powerful kick! I'm going to try it with sparkling water soon, and also try adding lime/ginger.

This is one of the most refreshing drinks ever! My daughter made it for us and we guzzled it...tried it with sparkling water too and it was wonderful.

I've also added some of my strong homemade kombucha along with the apple cider vinegar for extra health benefits. Still super yummy. And the kombucha is sometimes flavored with other fruits for a different twist, too.

Just wondering if anyone has come up with a solution for keeping the ginger from separating out and settling at the bottom of the jar. Otherwise, I LOVE it!!!

I like to keep a straw in mine, and give it a stir when I take a sip. That works well for me.

has anyone tried making GGM using ginger essential oils? I use doTERRA EOs and they are safe for consumption and I was just curious about trying them with this recipe. I need to order some I guess and give it a try! LOL! In the mean time, I'm going to look through my spice rack and see if I have some powdered ginger...I think I do somewhere!

Also, Does anyone know if Ginger will raise heart rate or blood pressure? I'm looking into making GGM with Ground Ginger (from the spice department), and it requires 1-2 tsp per glass. Just double checking before I give it a try...don't want another reaction like I had with the cinnamon caps (my blood pressure and heart rate went up through the roof).

I have seen people mention using the essential oil, I haven't but it should work great I haven't heard about ginger raising blood pressure or pulse, but I hadn't about cinnamon either, maybe try just a bit and check?

Does this count as E S or either? This is a Fuel Pull drink, so it works for either E or S. =)
