So as we all know, it's easy to give ourself leeway without actually falling off the cliff. i.e. too many frankenfoods, etc. So.... I wanted to create a thread and write what I eat this week. Sunday (no breakfast, running to church) (S) 2 pieces dark chocolate Some nuts Snack/Lunch (S) Wendy's side salad without croutons (2) Lunch/Dinner (S) Lasagna Strawberries w/ THM cinnamon dip Fresh vegetables w/ a little bit of ranch dip Snack (S) Sharp cheese with some Dijon mustard Notes: There were definitely some slip ups today. The dark chocolate might have had some sugar in it, the Dijon mustard probably wasn't a good idea, and I really could haven't eaten the vegetable without ranch. But I'll just keep plugging away.

If the dark chocolate was 85% or darker it's fine to have a small square of that without going off plan. And Dijon mustard is totally fine too. You're doing great! Writing down what you eat is a really good idea to help you keep track.

tuesday cake in a mug - s small pieces of pb fudge - s raspberry tea with stevia joseph's pita with lettuce sour cream chicken cheese and salsa - s handful of nuts - s greek salad - s bite of splenda sweetened low carb ice cream - s berries with stevia - s Notes: Today I did good, except for the fact that I didn't drink enough water. Right away I noticed that I eat way more than Pearl and Serene. Or maybe it's just that the categories are not as neat. But seriously, that's is so me. A little bit of everything.

That's why you always eat breakfast, so you're not tempted to not care.
