I have a family that I know and love where 3 of the women are struggling with PCOS. They have asked me to look into what dietary changes they can make to help with their issues.
It didn't take too long to see that the recommended PCOS diet is a low-glycemic diet. I thought that THM could be of help to them before I even started looking, but I wanted to make sure.
So, I was wondering if anyone of you who has PCOS and is following the THM plan has seen improvement?
Any specific info would ever so helpful! Thanks tons!

I can't help you, but I wondered the same thing. I have a niece who struggles with PCOS. I'm trying to "subscribe" to this tread to keep up with your responses.

I don't have any personal experience to share but just thought I would let you know there are at least a few people w/ PCOS on the fb page that are seeing great results in weight loss as well as improved health.

Thank you ladies so much! I am so glad to hear that others have seen improvement with PCOS using THM. I am excited to tell them.
I just bought the THM book for my sister-in-law who has Lupus. She has had a lot of physical issues and my brother (her husband) had just starting looking into the paleo diet...I thought it was time to ask my husband if I could get them THM. So, has anyone heard about any improvements in those who have Lupus?
