I adapted this recipe from one that I found on a paleo blog...it is one of my favorites, and is great for those times when I am really hungry but have already had a snack and am trying to hold out until my next meal!
1 c. almond milk (coconut milk is really good too, but I don't know if it would still be fp??) 1/2 t. turmeric 1/4 t. cinnamon dash garam masala (I have left this out, but it really adds a great kick) dash powdered ginger or a little minced fresh ginger root stevia to taste
whisk together and heat until steaming. The last time I made it, I accidentally let it boil and it made it foamy...which I loved! But not everyone might.

Oh I love this, can't wait to try it. I have everything except the garam marsala, where do you find this?

I got mine at Wal-Mart. Sometimes I add a dash of cayenne too. Yum!
