These are easy. Just add lots ofcinnamon to the basic pancake recipe in our book (page 223). Top the cooked pancakes with even more cinnamon, 0% Greek yogurt and a swirl of sugar free, maple syrup (if you are not a purist). Yum! Chop up 1/4 of an apple and made a scrupmtious, chunky apple sauce in the same manner as our "Slim Belly Jelly" recipe on page 411. Almost feels like eating sinful apple pie for breakfast!

I just say those pinned on pinterest and thought, "wow! those look yummy but I can't look at anything I can't eat!" If i had noticed that I knew the pinner and she was a THM, I'd have taken a look!

I have apples in uganda! Didn't even think about using them to make a sort of SBJ!! awesome! YUMMY!
