Just found out I'm pregnant and had bought my first kettle bell. I have'nt used kettlebells before, but was really excited to try. So I am looking at Strength by Sara the ebook recommended in THM. and Baby bells. It sounds like they are for experienced users though. Is it safe to begin using kettlebells during pregnancy?

Sure, go ahead. Take it slower if you need to. Don't push yourself too hard at the very beginning - you should not feel sore for several days in a row. That would be too much at once. But you can go ahead and start using your kettlebell and just gauge how you're feeling.
