Ok so I am at Walmart and trying to find these Mission Tortilla's. Maybe I am confused (which I am a lot ) are these not WW but white? I saw white ones that said low-carb but not WW. So I wasn't sure and didn't buy them. Also, could I not just use the Joseph's Lavish flat bread for doing Quesidilla's? For me if I just took one and split it in half that would be enough for dinner. Thoughts and comments? Thanks

I've used Joseph's pitas and lavash for quesadillas. Works great and tastes great. I found it cheaper than buying the tortillas too. I think here the tortillas were like $4 for 8 tortillas.

Yes, Joseph's are cheaper than the quesadillas and less calories too so if you like them for that, go with those... fantastic! Some stores have the ww, some only have white. I have had to stop buying the quesadillas so much lately as they have gone up so high in price, it is ridiculous. But I do enjoy the end result for the mexican style a little better than when using Joseph's.

I did a Joseph's Lavish quesadilla a while back - fried it in lots of butter and it crisped up so much yummier than the ww ones ever did for me!
