Hello...I have been following the plan pretty faithfully for about 3 weeks and have seen no weight loss. Not even an ounce. This has been rather discouraging for me as I feel I am doing what I am supposed to be doing. I rarely have any cheats and I mix up S and E throughout the day. Can anyone offer any suggestions to get me going. Thanks

Don't worry that you haven't seen any weight loss yet. It is normal for some people to not see progress for over a month. Keep eating E and S meals. You can throw in a few Fuel Pull meals and snacks too, to help kick the weight. Deep S salads are a wonderful meal for extra fat shedding too. Just salad greens, some protein like sautéed chicken or fried eggs or whatever you fancy, and an olive oil dressing. You could add some Parmesan cheese to it also, if you wanted too. If you're still not seeing weight loss, take a look back at how much cheese, nuts, and peanut butter you're eating. These may stall weight loss for some. They are wonderful foods, but they can be overdone easily for some. Try to vary the amounts of fat you have in your S meals. Don't slather ever S meal in cheese, cream, nuts, cream cheese, etc. Have some meals with plenty of those things, and other with only a little bit of fat. Perhaps just a few teaspoons worth. This should help you with weight loss. Keep going though! Don't be discouraged that you haven't seen any loss yet. This is normal. =)

Yes..thank you very much. Today was bfast: smoked sausage, 2 scrambled eggs in butter, Joseph's pita with tea. Lunch: Large salad with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, celery, diced egg, a handful of nuts with Ranch dressing.
Dinner: Plan approved meat loaf with oats instead of crumbs with bacon on top, fresh green beans sauteed in coconut oil and garlic, and 3/4 cup Dreamfields pasta with a pat of butter.
Snacks after lunch: Greek yogurt with 1 tsp swirl of Polaner, strawberries, 1 packet Truvia and a shot of vanilla. WW cheese stick and a handful of mixed nuts.
Had a late bfast so I didn't have a snack before lunch. Any words of advise would be a blessing!!
I have been doing quite a bit of S meals with some FP snacks because my mentor, leader thought it would be best. I believe I am in full blown menopause which is making it pretty difficult right now. Blessings to y'all.

Hi Susie!
You seem to understand all the principles of S and E very well. =) If this menu reflects your daily eating habits, then my thought is that you might want to cut back a little on "frankenfoods" like Joseph's pitas and Dreamfields pasta, as well as nuts. These things are fine to eat in moderation, but too much will slow weightloss for some. You will likely find that you will see more progress if you eat these things less often. Keep Dreamfields pasta to only a couple times a week. Keep servings of nuts fairly small, and avoid having nuts for a snack every day. Try shaking things up a little and have some S meals with your favorite nuts or cheeses or "frankenfoods" like Joseph's pitas or Dreamfields, and others without "frankenfoods," and a smaller amount of fat. Or perhaps some Deep S meals which are extra low carb, with only protein, fat (besides cheese and nuts), and leafy greens. This helps to keep your body guessing, which keeps your metabolism healthy and revved. Don't forget to keep a few E meals in your menu each week, and use FP snacks whenever you want to. They are a great help to kick stubborn pounds.

Thank you so much for advice. I will give that a try. Would a big, leafy, green salad with some cheese, egg and a sprinkling of nuts be an acceptable place to have some nuts and cheese?

Sure! You can eat them with any S foods. Just try not to eat them too much. You don't want them with ALL of your S meals. =)
