What is the difference between no carbs NuNaturals, and Pure White NuNaturals Stevia? I am really lost can I use just any Stevia? I am a mother three children. 1 ten year old boy and 15 month old b/g twins. My husband is an ectomorph or however you spell it. I am 5'10" and 225lbs. Borderline type 2 of course diabetic. I don't know what to buy and everything is out of stock everywhere for the nunaturals no carbs. I am a former no grains, blending greens gal that went drive thru sue during the pregnancy of my twins. Any helpful hints or suggestions?
I also have one more thing my father is in his 60's has had a quintuplet bypass at 46, type 2 diabetes (neuropathy), high blood pressure is 300lbs and has been praying his heart out for God to help him find a way to eating better. God has shown him his "idol," food... he has repented and is going to nutrition classes, he really is lost. Here comes this book into my lap three or so weeks after his repentance and I try to tell him all about it. He really wants to read it, but feels because of the title it's only for woman. He is feeling weird I guess and a little hesitant. How do I help ease him about this?

You can use any stevia as long as it's not mixed with any sugar (there are a few blends like this). A lot of them taste bitter though, so it might take some experimenting. The brands recommended in the book are some of the best tasting versions out there. The NuNaturals no carbs packets are mixed with erythritol and natural flavors. This will work on plan, but is not the most pure form. NuNaturals pure white stevia is stevia mixed with maltodextrin. This will work on plan also, but is not ideal. Another choice (and my personal favorite) is NuNaturals pure stevia EXTRACT powder. Some stores carry small containers on this, but it is the most economical online. I buy mine in bulk from iherb.com, in a 1 lb. container. It should last well over a year. If you would rather have something you can grab from the store, Truvia is a great option. It is not as concentrated as the pure extract, and it looks like sugar. You can find it in most grocery stores though, and is typically better tasting than the other brands of stevia packets.
Perhaps you can tell your father about Serene's husband's name for THM is - not Trim Healthy Mama, but Tuff Healthy Man. Haha! I believe it's also been called Totally Handsome Man, or something like that. There are lots of men doing this plan who love it and are benefiting greatly from it. Even tough, manly men. =)
