I have read through the book. I didn't see anywhere on what meals to have when. I am unclear as to where to start. Do you alternate S & E meals throughout the day or do you eat one day S and the next E. Its very confusing to me for some reason. Wish it were a little more Structured. Maybe it is and I just don't see it.

You can do it either way. I personally dedicate whole days to either S or E, but many others choose to mix their fuels up during the day, making sure to keep them 3 hrs apart when swithing. Try reading through chapter 11 again, maybe that will sort things out better

Thank you for your help. I think it would be easier to do whole days also. I was planing on packing my husbands food for him to take to work and if I had to tell him to wait to eat this and wait to eat that he wouldn't do it! LOL
