I'm not planning on keeping track of stuff but yesterday was my 1st day and before I get something too ingrained that could cause me a problem, I was hoping someone with experience could take a look. Brfst- big mug coffee, with stevia, Dutch process cocoa, glug of 1/2 & 1/2 2 eggs fried in olive oil, homemade turkey sausage from lean turkey, slice cheddar cheese 16 oz good girl moonshine Lunch- 3 oz tuna 1 T light mayo 1 small garden fresh tomato kale chips made with spritzes of coconut oil & sea salt snack- 1 T almond butter 1 light string cheese dinner- @6 oz lean turkey breast cutlet sautéed in evoo 1 1/2 small zucchini drizzled with evoo, roasted and sprinkled with cheese Mess of fresh green beans sautéed in evoo with fresh garlic and braggs liquid aminos I also drank 1 1/2 qts. of the sip it shrinker (I think that's the name of the drink made with oolong tea posted on FB) in addition to other glasses of just plain water. Does it look like this whole day was an S day? Any suggestions? Read more: trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/thread/1809/1st-day-somebody-give#ixzz2aj7HtSmz

This looks great! Your lunch was a FP, and everything else was S. it looks like you're understanding the plan very well.

Yes. Keep it in an S setting though. Keep it 3 hours away from carbs if you're trying to lose weight.

Thank you for posting your first day. My 1st full day is tomorrow. Seeing what someone else did really does help. I know I'm over thinking it. Appreciate you sharing.

If your T is for tablespoon it would go ahead and be S, I read it as tsp though at first so FP You are doing well.

Sometimes, I eat a low-fat string cheese as a snack (only 2.5 grams of fat) so I consider that a fuel pull snack...hopefully that's been right?!

I thought so but figured I might as well make sure I hadn't been doing something wrong! Thanks Steffanie!
