So I followed the recipe out of the book except I added stevia to the batter and also some cinnamon. I used 1/2 of a carton of Oikos Greek yogurt 0%, adding vanilla, stevia and a handful of blueberries. I split my 1 tsp butter between my 3 pancakes as I didn't need to add any oil to my skillet. I drizzled 1 T sf syrup on my plate. Wasn't quite ready for no maple, and the 1T was just perfect! Normally I do an S breakfast but since it's the weekend I decided to try an E- have more time for planning. We still have 1 serving left so will get to have them during the week one day.

I, honest to goodness, have eaten THP as an all day thing. For reals. I make mine by the recipe, then smear greek yogurt on them like butter, and top with a bit of Strawberry Slim Belly Jelly I made, and Oh. My. It is DIVINE!! I want some now, but have no eggs. And for the LIFE of me I can't find "Carton Egg Whites"!!
