I've read the book and tried several of the recipes, but I'm having immense trouble with meal planning and figuring out what I need (S, E, or FP)... I'm 230lbs. and 5'1"... Where am I going wrong?

I'm new to the program too, but wanted to encourage you. Encouragement abounds with these ladies! If I remember correctly, the book recommends doing S meals for the first few days until you feel like you understand it. Then you can move to the E. maybe it would be helpful to look at some of the menus on the forum. THM also has a Facebook page. There is a lot of information listed in their "files". You can do it!
