New on the board and taking baby steps to become a THM!
I added some almond extract to taste..... I also use fresh ginger, in vitamix with water and through a sifter.
I would love to add some pineapple extract as well, since pineapple is high glycemic. In my native land we boiled the washed pineapple skin in water, soaked it overnight and added it to our Ginger-beer (non-alcoholic) drink. I think that might work instead of using water.
