I have tried to do the plan but have found that I get hungry so quickly. I have always had a fairly high metabolism and a tendency toward low blood sugar. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I do believe in these principles. Any suggestions of how I should do this without passing out?!

I'm fairly new to this so someone else may have better suggestions but I recommend making sure you are eating a good amount of protein at snacks and meals and add in some s helpers.
