Hi - 5 weeks on THM -
Exercising x3 week. 3L water/day. Hubby has shed 5kg so far in that time, so I know the principles are understood, but I have gained 2kg. Too soon for Fuel Pull.
Um....
Thoughts? Has anyone else gained? I have 20kg to lose... errr, make that 22...

Do you mean too soon for a Fuel Pull Cycle or to add in FP meals/snacks? My understanding is that you only do the FP Cycle after 3 months if you haven't seen any weight loss.
You can add in those FP meals and snacks from the beginning. This will jump start your metabolism.

Are you drinking any of the special drinks like GGMS? Those will help. I suggest tracking your food for a few days just to make sure you aren't going s helpers or crossing fuels on accident. Also it has been recommended to do three deep s days (like mentioned in the fuel cycle) to jump start, but I agree it is too soon for a full fuel cycle. One more thing, your body may take awhile to heal before it lets go of pounds. Are you noticing looser clothes? Sometimes inches come off without weight loss.
