That's looking great so far. You got some E meals in there, which is good. You can do more than that if you want to or feel like you need them, but as long as you have a few per week, that's ok. Good job on your first week!

Hey Jaime, I was wondering if you had any snacks? Some people don't need them as much as I do but I feel almost STARVING after 3-4 hours go by so I NEED my snacks haha! Your meal plan looks great but if you did feel hungry, just know that you can add in snacks Fuel pull snacks work great if you're going to be switching from S to E meals but it hasn't been a full 3 hours! I know I wouldn't have been able to stick with this plan for over 8 months if I felt deprived so I just wanted to make sure you knew that if you were hungry, you can add in snacks to keep you satisfied! Good job with your first week and welcome to the THM family!

You're welcome 1/2 Frappes or Smoothies work well for fuel pull snacks! I make choco pudding (fuel pull) in a double batch and keep it in my fridge for when I don't have time to think about making something but need something to snack on or want a dessert. If you're having S meals back to back I always have nuts of some kind on hand to have as an S snack! Also, you could roll up lean lunch meat with Laughing Cow cheese as a yummy fuel pull snack too! Just a few that came to mind!
