Hi, I have just been doing the plan for about a week. And I haven't been 100% on plan. There were some days I didn't have the right things at home and then some days I was weak and had sugary goodies. For the most part I am eating S or E meals, and a few FP's. I am having issues with diarrhea and constipation though. I'm just not sure why and I was hoping for some help. Thank you.

I am guessing it is just a big change for your system. Coconut oil can have a laxative effect until you are used to it. Flax can help with either problem, helping to keep you regular.

Well I just read some tips somewhere for getting started and it said to drink lots of water or all the fiber won't move through, lol. I actually haven't been drinking much of anything so I am going to up my water intake!

There is a section in the back of the book, in the Q & A area with a plan to follow for constipation. Magnesium also helps a lot, but if you are going between constipation and diarrhea I am really not sure.
