I answered on the other post too, but it might be helpful to someone later here as well Yes it is ok on the FC, you might want to consider just using one lemon if you want to be more strict.

I just made a double batch. Do you think this could be stored in the fridge for tomorrow or do you think it should all be drinken today? Also any creative multipurpose use for the rinds left over?

It seems to last in the fridge well for me. Some zest and save the rinds....

Haven't made this for a little while, but I am thinking with all those with cold/flu around me it was a good idea to get one made

I haven't tried this since I got pregnant. I'm having an extremely difficult time getting enough liquids and think I may be mildly dehydrated. I think I'll get more lemons when I go shopping and try this again.

I went to the pharmacy to buy ascorbic acid powder and I was told that 4,000mg was way too much vitamin C to have in a day and that it would be better to stick to 500mg a day tops. When I researched it online most websites said 2,000mg maximum in a day. Just curious if anyone has looked into this.... Thanks!

I am personally ok with the large amounts as vitamin C will be "released" by the body if too large amount is used, but I don't drink it every single day. You can for sure use less if you are more comfortable
