Yes sea salt is great, Celtic is a type of sea salt. When you look for a sea salt look for color, if it is pure white like regular table salt it is probably refined (incase you didn't know ).

No for a meal you would want a shake with protein, it is just a yummy sipper to drink throughout the day.

is it just me or does the drink separate rather quickly? noticing the spices are falling to the bottom. Am i doing something wrong?

Woke up this morning THIRSTY and craving the Shrinker. I knew that I wouldn't want breakfast if I started sippin' on it so I added a scoop of protein powder and called it breakfast, is that okay?

I thought I had read the "thermogenic" benefits of the cayenne pepper listed in one of the Sip The Shrinker posts, either here or on the facebook fan page, but I am not finding it. :/ Does that sound familiar? Maybe Serene put it in another recipe? Thanks.
