Anybody know the best place to get these online? My local grocery charges $2.99 for 7oz, but I really don't want to go to the Big City just for noodles

Just found out that swansonvitamins.com (the same resource used for whey powder, in the book) has 4 varieties of Miracle Noodles for $2.38 per 7oz bag (the cheapest price I can find on the 'net). I'll have to remember that when order more whey!

I've seen these made mixed with tofu. 3 grams of carb, 2 grams of fiber and 0 sugar.
Are they ok to eat on plan?

A little tofu here and there should be okay so long as soy is not overdone in the diet. I've tried those tofu noodles. Only personal preference but I don't like them quite as much as the konjac however some people like them better. I don't believe they have all the same health benefits but sitll fit Fuel PUll meals and can be used if you can't find the others.

Thanks Pearl! I knew you wrote about soy but couldn't remember where. I did buy one bag to try but not a big fan of soy myself, however, I've been trying new things on this plan so figured I'd try this too.

Made my noodles into Chicken pad Thai for the first time, I'm sold in the konjac noodles. I bought mine from Amazon.

On the subject of making these noodles, would you still micro and pan fry them? I can't get them locally and online cheapest is around 4 per pound I can get GF pasta for 1.5 per pound! Sarah Butcher

I am waiting for my book to come in the mail this week and want to start some recipes. I found these at the Real Canadian Superstore for .79 cents for 7oz bag. I am so excited to try. I bought all 18 bags on the shelf, such a good deal!

I made this the other day, but added a handful of chopped broccoli and a sliced green onion. It fixed the fried rice/lo mein craving quite nicely. :-)

Are they packaged dry? The only ones I could find were packed in liquid.
