My afternoon snack and eve. snack were different today than planned. I ended up feeling sick to my stomach this afternoon and just felt yucky. So I didn't even want to eat at 3:00. I ate maybe an hour late... leftover garbanzo oat bread with p.n. butter and butter and stevia. Definite crossover!  Especially since supper wasn't 3 hours off. The joys and extra freedoms of pregnancy! This evening I enjoyed some yogurt and raspberries instead of the planned snack.

Yesterday evening we ended up making a very yummy pineapple cake. All on plan, but probably at least a S- helper, if not a crossover. And I HAD to have some after supper.... so that made supper a crossover.  Then instead of the planned eve. shake, I just had some fruit and pecans...carb overload...crossover. Today's menu also includes a crossover for lunch.

Here's one.
Lemon Jello
1 cup water Juice of 1 lemon Stevia 2 T. Beef gelatin Bring all to a boil and boil, stirring for a minute. Chill.
You probably could get by with less gelatin, but this has 18 grams of protein. 1/2 of this with 1/2 cup cottage cheese is 22 grams!
