I didn't make the tummy tucking icecream last night... Ended up eating way too many of 'rockin roll' cakes earlier..  I was so bloated! Don't know if it was just overindulgence or too much xylitol...

Yesterday... Swithched first two snacks around. Evening snack should have said applesauce spice cake and Greek yogurt. Supper ended up being... somewhat off plan. Ny husband had a coupon he has been saving for a Japanese place till all the kids were along. I asked for something wheat free. They gave me a salmon and vegetable bowl with brown rice. But it had a sweet sauce on it.

Friday, April 18th
Today's menu is a little sketchy...in town yesterday, and today again... packed best on plan stuff I could find.
Breakfast: 3 fried eggs
I brought along to use as needed. Greek yogurt, leftover applesauce spice cake, cottage cheese, cheese, nuts, lemon mousse, almond milk and protein powder. I hope to not have to buy much, but will probably end up getting a piece of fruit and some raw vegies, too.

Sunday, April 20th I've been having a lot of bloating and swelling, so my menu is going to be a little 'looser' today.  6:30? 1/2 banana, p.n. butter 8:00 1 cup plain kefir, kiwi, few pecans. Going to try to make earth milk and singing canary, as well as wildberry tea w/ vinegar. Lunch: salad, chicken, Snack: yogurt, berries, Supper: elk steak, vegies? Eve: shake?

Yesterday's menu ended up being different past the egg omelett. Ended up going unexpectedly into town, and being gone longer than I thought. Took kefir and an apple. Around supper, had a Greek salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette and chicken. (Everyone else had pizza). Home had a little of what had been planned for lunch. A little chicken later. Strawberries and cream, eve. W/ some chocolate/ p.n. butter mix. More later.
