The miracle noodles are packaged in a liquid, however I just got an email about a new "dry noodle" from the same company, you can see the link here: www.miraclenoodle.com/p-370-kanten-pasta.aspxThe dry pack is sold in a pack with 4 servings per pack. If you want to order from their website you can try the $10 off discount code 10BUXOFF - I'm not sure when that discount expires though.

Well, I just clicked my link to make sure it would work, and I realized they are already sold out of these dry ones! I did place an order this week though so I'll let you all know what I think of them compared to the original ones!

The ones packed in liquid are fine. I just didn't realize that they were the recommended item. Made the Slimming Noodles recipe for lunch today. My technique still needs some tweaking though. After following the recipe to a "T" the noodles were rubbery. My husband thought that chopping them up into smaller pieces helped a lot.

I just tried this and it was really yummy! The texture was a little like rice noodles. Thanks for another good recipe, Pearl.

I realized I never posted about the dry noodles. I like them! And I find it's easier for me at work or in a rush because there isn't the need to rinse them or boil or stir fry! Just put them in hot (not boiling) water until tender!

Is the texture the same?

I think I like the texture of the dry ones a bit more than the ones packed in water, but they are similar. I have been getting used to both though, and with the ones packed in water, I make sure to stir fry them in a pan to make them less chewy! Hope that helps!

I made pad Thai with them today for lunch and they were amazing! Would you share your recipe? I LOVE pad thai, but the recipe I have is not THM friendly. The sauce has a mai ploy base which has lots of sugar. Thanks!

I used these noodles to add fiber to a large kettle of soup, then froze individual portions for quick meals. It was delicious when I made it, but after freezing and microwaving, the noodles were very firm and tough- so chewy I could hardly bite through them! Can't they be frozen, or can't they be microwaved? Anyone else have this problem?

No, I think you should not freeze these. I've accidentally frozen them before...
