As much as love those little Laughing Cow wedges, they are too expensive because we go through them too fast.
I was surprised at the grocery store to find Kroger Brand "Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt" in a block just like cream cheese. It is spreadable and has the same consistency of cream cheese. It's half the fat of Neufchatel (low fat cream cheese).
It has 3g fat and 3 carbs for 2 TBS, it would still be FP territory. It also has twice the protein of regular cream cheese (4g vs 2g)

Wow! I'm glad you pointed that out. I've been using this but never took the time to do the math on the nutrition info. Good to know!

Have you tried the Aldi's brand of these cheese triangles -I find them acceptable and they are cheaper!

I've tried the Aldi's cheese wedges. I actually prefer them to LC cheese. I also love the cream cheesey versatility of the Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese.
