As much as love those little Laughing Cow wedges, they are too expensive because we go through them too fast.

I was surprised at the grocery store to find Kroger Brand "Greek Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt" in a block just like cream cheese. It is spreadable and has the same consistency of cream cheese.
It's half the fat of Neufchatel (low fat cream cheese).

It has 3g fat and 3 carbs for 2 TBS, it would still be FP territory. It also has twice the protein of regular cream cheese (4g vs 2g)

I actually prefer them to LC cheese. I also love the cream cheesey versatility of the Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese.
