Just had to share my latest delight. I can see these becoming my go-to snack when I'm craving baked goods (i.e. my weakness). I do the goey extra chocolate version of the Chocolate muffin in a mug. So good. My husband was a little leery of it, thot it looked gross, I let him think that cuz I knew there was no way I was sharing with him. It tastes like a chocolate volcano. I LOVE the garnish of greek yogurt, complements the flavour perfectly. And the sliced strawberries took it to another happy place:-) It is surreal tho, to eat sweets for breakfast and feel full afterwards:-) p.s. not sure why my image is so huge. sorry about that.

Love that you are loving the muffin. I was posting huge pics too then I found out that when you load up with tinypic there is an adjust size that you can pick from after browsing and choosing before uploading. Choose the forum option and it will come out correctly.

Its in the book. Just read the section about the muffin in a mug. I think its in a 'Pearl chats' box. Oh, is it ever scrumptious with berries mixed in, too!!

Sorry to bother...I went back last night and found it in the book. I don't remember reading that when I read through the recipes before. I am making this this morning for breakfast...can't wait!
