Do you think it's do able to lose 10 lbs by March? I'm not really looking for super quick. I'm just hoping we might try for another baby by April and I'd like to be in the 130's by then. I'm also an exerciser, but I'm nervous what my miscarriage at 13 weeks may do my weight loss journey.
Anyways, I'm just going to keep plugging along, doing my best. And try to master these E meals.

It is really hard to say, I would just keep plugging along like you plan and see where you get

I think it is totally possible.
But I would go for overall health instead of a number...the stress of that on top of a miscarriage can cause your body to hold on to extra weight because of extra cortisol release from anxiety.
From the success stories I've read of the pregnancies, it seems like some mamas either don't gain very much or lose weight....not that that's the goal, of course while pregnant
