Ladies, I have been a THM for just over 2.5 years now and loving it. Last year I was spot on during the holidays, but this year not so much. On top of my family of 9 having birthdays, anniversaries and business parties.. well I just let it go.
I know the girls don't approve but I am a non chicken, turkey, beef, meat eater. I do eat fishes, and eggs. The point to this is I need to do another 2 week FP plan to get back on track. I am in need of some new ideas for my week.
I don't mind smoothies and frappas as a basic cause they are easy but I need more. Also, I need a reminder of what can and can't be on the days. Anyone have any newer ideas than from the book for the 3 days? Thanks Misty

Sorry that sounded weird that I would have been doing it before the book. What I meant is I was eating all these same types of foods, no whites foods, no processed etc I just didn't know that my body didn't work right when I didn't eat them right. Hope that makes more sense. Sorry! I will look into the links thank you.

There were some ladies I heard about that knew Serene and Pearl and were "testing" it out while they were still writing the book. I thought that's what you meant.

I was thinking the same thing as Nanci! I thought you meant you were one of the gals that learned it from Pearl & Serene while they were writing the book, lol. We're so glad your here regardless of when you started . And we'd be glad to help answer any questions & offer any encouragement you need.
