It looks pretty good, yummy and good variety. I would probably not do a full FP day probably this early in the journey, but maybe mix some of those yummy items into other days Or use those meals that day, but add items to make them S or E. Maybe even just breakfast and dinner, something like that.

Thanks for the suggestions. After making out my menu I realized this looks similar to a FC week and I'm not ready to do that. The good thing is I have all the ingredients for this menu so I can shuffle things around a bit as you suggested.
