Hi ladies! I have been doing the Trim Healthy Mama plan for over a year, but I am still not toned up. That is my goal, getting serious starting today! For those of you that are toned up, how long did it take you, what do you recommend, and have you got any tips for me? Thanks in advance!

I recommend TTapp. I lost 7 3/4" in my first week with it.

I love the comic, I can so relate to it lol! I've heard good things about TTapp but I haven't tried it, I did the insanity workout but that was crazy! It worked, but it was hard!

Burstclub.com is really good. 3 min of warm up, 9 min of workout and 3 min of cool down. Too fun! I just wish they had discs that one could buy. I can't recommend them to ALL of my zero internet access friends.
