Ok. I have not joined any place yet where I faithfully post my menu but I think it would be good for me and keep me accountable and maybe realize where I slip sometimes.
Breakfast: oatmeal, with1 egg yolk, almond milk, stevia, cinnamon, and vanilla. E Lunch: 2 pieces brownie batter bites, (I remembered I wanted to have these as my snack. I ran behind schedule and munched on these while getting lunch ready) baked chicken, steamed buttered broccoli and mushrooms. S Snack: cottage cheese, yogurt, and strawberries. FP Supper: egg scramble with onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. 2 slices desem bread with slim belly jelly. CO Dessert: birthday cake not on plan. Made 2 quarts GGMS using red raspberry leaf tea mix. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and trying to have 1 CO or S helper meal a day.

I did like the brownie batter bites. They were on Trim Healthy Tuesday over at Gwen's Nest. She posted them last week. I think they were better the next day. It seemed the flavours and the sweetness had to blend. I used my husband as my reluctant taste tester. He agreed they were better after being in the fridge overnight.
