Ingredients I'm wondering if this shake would work for THM and if it's a S or E? Also how often can you have this? I'm finding a lot of woman post recipes on Facebook, but never know which ones are ok and which ones they believe are ok.
Here's the link also dashingdish.com/recipe/snickers-protein-shake/
Snickers Protein Shake
1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese 1 1 scoop Protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) 2 2-4 pkts Stevia (or 1/4-1 tbs sweetener of choice) 5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency) 1/2-1 cup Water (Alter this according to desired consistency) 1 tbs Cocoa powder 2 tbs Peanut flour (or PB2 or peanut butter) 1/2 tsp Caramel extract (or to taste)
1 Cottage cheese may sound strange, but TRUST me… this is what makes the ‘MILKSHAKE’ consistency! Also, if you are sensitive to dairy, you can use tofu to get the same consistency!
2 I use Designer Whey Protein powder. It has 100 calories per scoop. I buy the vanilla flavor because it’s a good base to add whatever flavors you want to make. It is also all natural. You can buy it from Kroger, GNC, Trader Joe’s, Amazon, or Netrition.com.

If you use an on plan whey protein powder & peanut flour this is FP, on plan, & it's one of my favorites!

So, would this be an S or an E? I'm guessing E with the cottage cheese?

FP as there isn't much cottage cheese. PB2 is not on plan. Real PB would make this an S.

Either of those sound like good choices to go along with the shake.

Just wondering why PB2 isn't on plan. It is simply dehydrated peanuts with the fats removed. It is a lot less calories, fat, and carb than peanut butter and has no added sugar. I've been using it for my snickers shake!! What did I miss??

PB2 has sugar in the ingredients unless they very recently changed it Peanut flour has nothing but peanuts. Jig now makes a brand that is available in some grocery stores that is just peanuts, it isn't quite as good on protein as THMs but is a good local choice.
