I have to admit that I was starting to think there was something wrong with me ....I read so much raving about skinny chocolate but I could not get it to taste good or have a good texture. I threw out so many batches that I tried to make with stevia, even trying the glycerite. Then I tried it with ground xylitol or Truvia, which definitely tasted better, but it would always settle on the bottom instead of staying mixed in, so the top of the chocolate had no sweetness and the bottom had it all. Last night I mentioned to my neighbor, who is another THM, and she told me a tweak she had read about on the Facebook group. She gave me some of hers to try, and it was good. The tweak included adding 1 TBS peanut butter and 2 TBS of peanut flour. It worked perfectly and somehow the addition of these ingredients helped keep the xylitol in suspension instead of sinking. I'm so happy that I can now have skinny chocolate! Just wanted to share in case someone else is having trouble with theirs....

I found the same with the frappa. I couldn't seem to get the rich flavour I was looking for so I added 2 Tbsp peanut flour. I share with my daughter so this still keeps me in FP.

I add 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp heavy cream. I love it. DEFINITELY need to grind your sugar- I use homemade Truvia, but...it comes out almost milk chocolate. My hubby and I love it.

Tina- great idea on the protein powder and heavy cream! I'll have to try that
Last night I made some and mixed in the ground almonds I had leftover from when I made homemade almond milk. That worked well, too
