Hi, I've had 4 babies in 6 years, every time I start to feel stable, we think we can handle another child. This time there is a very slight intervention. My youngest is 9 months and I just started my cycle 2 months ago. I charted and am confident of my rhythm.
My question to any of you, is when my cycle starts I get this super women complex and my ambitions are high, I'm motivated, (I always have to rearrange something), I put plans into motion, I need less sleep, etc etc. Then after two weeks of this, my clarity fades away and I get really upset maybe even slighty depressed that my powers have faded. Then the last week it's watch out loose lips mamma. The emotion I go to is anger. So, I'm just mad at everyone. I'd like to get this under control hormonally if at all possible. Being on guard, knowing my rhythm and keeping my sin and self control in check will have to be my go to, put I think this looks like PMS and I wonder if I could get my hormones checked and how? Anyone with any insight. Greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Janna

I understand how frustrating that can be. Ask your Dr to run a full female hormone panel. Rereading the chapter on hormones in the book should give you an idea of what you are looking for for optimum range. Hopefully you can find the peace and balance you are looking for.
