It is a FP recipe. You could try a peanut butter flavor perhaps? With peanut flour to keep it FP, or use peanut butter for an S.

Maybe raspberries or another low carb berry?

I add drops of Orange or Mint essential oils (Young Living) to add flavor chocolate or not. If it is late in the day I can't do the caffine in the chocolate so started adding oils to give flavor.

Hello, quick question, with the fat stripping frappa, is it still "fat stripping" if I add coconut milk, (carton) instead of almond milk, whether I add fruit like strawberries? Thanks

Hello, quick question, with the fat stripping frappa, is it still "fat stripping" if I add coconut milk, (carton) instead of almond milk, whether I add fruit like strawberries? Thanks You can use coconut and still make it "fat stripping." But it will need a bit of tweaking. Coconut milk even from a carton has more fat than almond milk. You can use it for S, or to keep it FP use only an amount that gives you up to about 4g fat (or less if you want), and dilute with water to get the amount of liquid you need. Then you could add your other stuff to it. Berries will be an acceptable fruit for S or FP. All other fruit will be E.

Thank you so much. Yes I am allergic to almonds and even react to almond milk. Sometimes I can get away with eating foods I am allergic to if they are cooked or heated, so your recipes with almond flour are fine because I cook them. Thanks again, have a nice week.

Good morning, can I use hemp protein powder in my fat stripping smoothies instead of the whey protein and have the same results? Thank you for your time in answering, it is appreciated.

The hemp powder that I have is higher in fats & carbs & wouldn't work for a FP snack. Check the fat/carb amounts to make sure it will keep you in FP along with the other ingredients. But it will not be as "Fat Stripping" as with the whey protein powder

It is a FP recipe. You could try a peanut butter flavor perhaps? With peanut flour to keep it FP, or use peanut butter for an S. Hey, what kind of PB is used in THM? The book calls for "natural", we have organic PB but it has sugar in it. Do they mean the kind you grind yourself at the store? Thanks

These are quite easy to find in almost any grocery store.
