So I have read through the entire book and now I'm starting read it again. Still picking up on things I missed the first time through and what I'm most confused with is this. If I have an E meal for breakfast, can I do a S meal for lunch and then back to E meal for dinner OR should I do E meals for each meal one day and then S meals the next day?
Thanks!

Whichever you prefer Chapter 11 talks about this a bit, but as long as you are waiting three hours to switch it really is just a preference. I like to switch it up in the day personally, but some mamas are more comfortable, especially at the beginning, to sticking to one fuel type for the day.

Ok, thanks! I will re-read that chapter. I thought I could do both on the same day, but with the 3 hour time span in between, or that I could do one day as an S day and the next day as an E day. Now it's back to the recipes to create a grocery list. I have tried some of the recipes and so far have NOT been disappointed. Tonight's dinner (if I did it correctly) was their chicken tenders with butternut squash with cinnamon and quinoa.
