Last night I got home after a really busy and tiring shift and couldn't make myself exercise. This morning however, I went for a half hour run with lots of hills!

Yesterday I did the 1/2 of couch to 5k & walked for an additional 1/2 hr. Didn't want to get out in the cold this morning but I'm really hoping I can get out for a run today & a fit2b workout.

2 days so far this week. Today should be 3. Seems like I'm stuck on 3 days a week! The next couple days we plan to help my husband at his lot... Skipped the day before yesterday purposely as I was exhausted! My older 4 were gone working, so the younger 6 and I just had a relaxing day. It was good!

I didn't do so great with my exercise this past week....I only managed to exercise 3 days instead of 5. I'm planning to go for a run tomorrow before my night shift so I'll let you guys know if I manage to do it! I've also started a stretching routine 3 times a week to help with my tight muscles.

Thursday and Friday husband and I went for 2 -1 mile walks and Saturday 1 mile. Hope this evening works out to go 1 mile as well. We usually start walking together twice a day at the end of pregnancy. 2 1/2 weeks left and those walks are very enjoyable. Just us two, like a date!

Last night I re-read the exercise section from THM and decided to try "the spew"....ended up doing it twice with all of the "resistance exercises" as well! Short little workout but a good one!
Last week I did an old "bootcamp" workout called 10 x 10. Each exercise is done 10 times and the whole routine is done 10 times....you end up doing 100 of each exercise.
1) mountain climbers 2) pushups 3) burpies 4) lunges 5) lunges on the other leg 6) jumping jacks 7) crunches 8) squats 9) ninja tuck jumps 10) reptiles
At my most fit stage of life I did this whole routine in 28 minutes...last week I managed to do it in 32 minutes which I was pretty proud of! Sweaty afterwards though! lol!
