Hi! This is my 3rd day of doing THM without the book (haven't purchased it yet) So I'm going off other people's blogs, a friend's help, facebook & this forum and I think slowly figuring it out
I wanted to kind of throw out my menu for the day and to see if I am (in fact) doing this right or at least somewhat right
BREAKFAST: Frozen breakfast sandwich (4.5g Fat & 18g Carbs) & Raspberry Greek Yogurt (0g Fat & 18g Carbs) - E (?)
SNACK: Lavish Bread wrap, w/1 wedge of laughing cow cheese, fat free turkey and a pickle all rolled up - FP (?)
LUNCH: Leftovers which I know is a S
SNACK: Cottage cheese - FP (?)
DINNER: (still kind of planning) Turkey Burger, Asparagus and not sure what else
does this seem about right???

It looks like you are getting the idea. I, too, started the plan before I got the book by trying to figure things out over the internet. Once you do get it you will find the lists of food types really helpful.

Welcome to the forum! I'm so glad you are here for support & help. Your menu reflects a bare bones understanding of THM with some key components missing. I HIGHLY recommend reading the book for a better grasp of the details & why they are important. More important than nutrient info are the ingredients themselves. For example, the raspberry Greek Yogurt you mentioned sounds a bit high in carbs so I'm guessing it has some off plan sweeteners. I'm not sure what was in the frozen breakfast sandwich so it's hard to say if this is an on plan option. It's so hard to get a solid understanding of the plan just from blogs & online & in order to get the most out of the time you are putting into trying this & see the best results you would be doing yourself a huge favor by reading the book

Yeah when I went to the store I kind of just felt lost and overwhelemed - the breakfast sandwich had an egg white, spinach and a slice of white cheese on a type of flatbread As for the snacks am I correct in those being FP? And the dinner - would be FP? I'm definitely planning on getting the book just haven't gotten around to ordering it

Yes, your snacks are FP & your dinner could be FP depending how lean the turkey burgers are & how you cook the foods. I'm glad to hear you will be getting the book. This plan can get frustrating without the knowledge of "why" behind a lot of the basics You might not want to start out with FP meals, try to add a sweet potato or brown rice to make it an E or cheese & cook the asparagus I'm butter for an S.
