I don't have experience except in pregnancy, but my THM pregnancy I had virtually no swelling, if that helps

I suffered from swelling of my ankles and feet after my last back surgery. Since starting THM, I have very little to NO swelling (unless I do a long term cheat). I found that 2 factors were primarily my culprits: sugar/aspartame and white breads. As long as I use stevia and fermented or other on plan breads, I actually look like a normal person, instead of someone suffering from 'cankles' where my calf and ankles all blended together into a puffy foot.
