Mamas what are you eating today? Or what do you plan to eat today? If you see this after Monday feel free to post another days menu, some of the ideas that come from you ladies help us to try new things and remember old favorites If you don't see this thread started next Monday, please feel free to start it I barely made it, Menu Tuesdays just isn't quite as catchy, but it seems to be when I remember to post

Breakfast~ Scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions and cheese Lunch~ Canned roast beef with mayo, french style string beans Snack~ Lemon Cheese Mousse trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/thread/2734/lemon-cheese-mousseSupper~ Baked Hake, baked sweet potato, baked bell peppers, a bit of pineapple Could use more veggies, but that means going shopping, I have done a few trips to the local grocery, but no big grocery trip to the larger town since the wee one arrived

Hello Left over birthday cake from healthy indulgences website with trimacino.
Singing canary
Basa crumbed in almond flour with cucumber and a carrot stick.
Spiced rooibos tea made with almond milk. With almond cake with raspberry sorbet topping.
Roast chicken with roast turnip and zucchini and beet root.
Skinny butterscotch toffee.
Wow, no wonder I'm very full actually !

Mine is today's (Tuesdsy April 15 th's) menu:
6:00 (S) protein pancakes, thickened raspberries, whipped cream
9:00 (FP) kefir and berries
12:00 (S) salad with sauteed chicken, pepper, mushrooms, onions, etc. 1/2 advocado
3:00 (FP) lemon mousse (made w/ Greek yogurt and low fat cottage cheese)
6:00 (E) all day chana Dahl soup w/ chicken and spinach, over rice
9:00 (E) applesauce spice cake w/ dollop of Greek yogurt

I'm a bit sketchy about the rest of today so I'll post yesterday's menu. I'm on a Deep S day of the FC:
B: Mint Chocolate Chip Mocha FSF L: Salmon fried in butter over spring greens w/ bacon & mushroom dressing Sn: The Shrinker D: Kielbasa pan fried over spinach

Yesterday's menu. Sn. S Kefir, S granola
B. S fried eggs, on plan chocolate cake w/ PB frosting and ganache.
Sipped singing canary all morning
L. E Mexican tomato soup w/Konjac noodles, toast.
Sn. FP. Big bowl yogurt.
S. E maybe just into a CO. Sloppy joes.
Sn. S. cake same as above, skinny toffee

My menu for Wednesday (I'm working a 12 hour night shift so this menu might not be very applicable to anyone else!)
0000: Bread in a mug with 1 light laughing cow cheese slice 0300: Just like wheat thin crackers with 1 light laughing cow cheese slice 0530: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and oolong tea 0730: Protein pancake (1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon, 1 tsp peanutbutter on top of the pancake) **Hopefully I will sleep from 0800-1600!! 1800: Easy chicken yogurt bake, asparagus, 1/3 cup yams Possibly baked apples for dessert if still hungry

The whole day was yummy! Unfortunately it was my first time making fooled ya pizza and even though I cut down the recipe I still made too much. ... then I ate the whole thing. I was so close to having a day where I was right on plan!

ruthrn off the top of my head I can't think of anything that would really throw you off badly even eating more than you feel you should with Fooled You Pizza Sure a salad on the side might have been a better option than more pizza, but as Rebekah said just keep swimming
