This is almost too simple to post. But I thought it was good. But I love anything fruit! In blender: 1peeled orange 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 2 Tbs. Protein powder Stevia to taste I did not have it, or I would also have added some orange essential oil.

I think I've become afraid of fruit. I love many fruits. My husband is the one that made me realize fruit is special. Since I've been on THM I've used grains as my E since I enjoy grains so much too. I think we will need to buy some oranges for this shake and the new orange sorbet that Rhonda Sue posted this week. Thanks for posting this recipe!
