I think I'll make some PB eggs. I just a little PB flour in with PB, add some stevia and freeze in little balls. After about 20 minutes, you can take them out and roll them in your hands to shape them. Then I dip in skinny chocolate and refreeze, repeating til there's enough chocolate on them.
What are you making?

That sounds great! We are having roast, I might have to get creative for a dessert.

All the chocolate sounds good! I've been avoiding it to help keep BP down.... I've been seeing so many recipes w/ chocolate. Going to have to make some!

Thanks, Steffanie. They do look good! I may try those tomorrow... I did give in to my chocolate craving tonight. I mixed p.n. butter, coconut oil, whey powder, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and stevia. And ate a spoon or two. Also had strawberries and cream, so that helped me not eat much of the chocolate. The funny thing about chocolate is, some say it raises B.P. Others say it lowers. I've never really craved it before.. was raised up not eating it and didn't even like it when I first tried it! Was really craving the p.n. butter, too.

I missed this thread somehow I made lamb roast in the crockpot & asparagus sauteed in butter. The family also had rolls & new potatoes (I had a tiny spoonful of the potatoes ;P ) I had strawberries with fresh whipped cream for dessert. I made confetti cupcakes w/ spring colored frosting & sprinkles for the kids so I wouldn't have to to share my strawberries, lol! I hope you ladies had a wonderful Easter!
