Mamas what are you eating today? Or what do you plan to eat today? Breakfast~ Special Occasion Chocolate Cake, bit of cream drizzled on top Lunch~ ham, cheese, peas or salad if I get to the store Snack~ Snicker's Shake dashingdish.com/recipe/snickers-protein-shake/Supper~ Roast with potatoes for the kiddos and radishes for mom, green beans Dessert~ Berries and cream, maybe a little more cake with it In the mood for some Cranberry Wassail for sipping and likely some GGMS too Looking forward to my Oolong getting here, so I can have some more of that (didn't really have very often while expecting).

Sipping a tweaked GGMS: 2 quarts: 4 chunks fresh ginger 1 whole fresh habanero 8 cubes frozen cranberry concentrate 3 cups water Blend, strain. 6 Tbsp ACV Generous 1/2 tsp stevia 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 cups of bitter herb tea Fill to top of jar with cold water. I'm making this daily as my 'medicine' to try and kill an E. coli overgrowth. Also drinking 1 1/2 cups milk kefir 3x/day with 4 cubes cranberry concentrate.

Breakfast: protein pancake (1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup oats and cinnamon) with 1 tsp peanut butter (E) Lunch: Bread in a mug with 1 slice of light laughing cow cheese (S) Snack: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (FP) Dinner: meatloaf and salad (S) Dessert: 1 small mini basic cheesecake (S)

Umm...I might have ate about 10 or so?! Baked in Tbs. size dough mounds. Sent the rest with my husband, so I wouldn't be tempted by any more! The kids really liked them, too. I used a little over half xylitol as I didn't have enough truvia, and added 1 tsp. of NOW stevia extract. (I doubled the recipe.) The kids loved them, too! I probably will bake them a little less next time (plan to make again!) or possibly slightly decrease the flours... they were just a tad dry.
